These terms govern your use of Madeira Van Tours services. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms in full.

RNAAT Licence

Madeira Van Tours operates under RNAAT (Registo Nacional de Agentes de Animacao Turistica) licence number 290/2026. The company is officially registered and authorized as a tourism operator in Portugal.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Less than 24 hours before departure: non-refundable. If minimum participants are not met: reschedule or full refund. Weather cancellation initiated by Madeira Van Tours: reschedule or full refund. A rescheduling option is available as an alternative to cancellation.

Liability

Madeira Van Tours accepts liability for personal injury resulting from operator negligence. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, missed flights or onward travel, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the guide, other guests, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest's behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Photography

Our guides may photograph or film during tours for use on social media. If you prefer not to appear in content, please notify us before or at the start of the tour.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Madeira.
